Delete your account and data

You can delete your ZenCena account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Option 1: In the app (recommended)

1. Open ZenCena and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Profile → Sync.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and all cloud data are deleted immediately; local data on the device is erased too.

Option 2: By email

If you can't access the app, email us at [email protected] from the address you registered with, subject "Delete my account". We process requests within 30 days at most (usually within 72 hours).

What gets deleted

• Your login account (email / Google / Apple).
• All your synced cloud data: accounts, transactions, categories, goals, budgets, reminders and recurring transactions.
• Local data on the device where you perform the deletion.

What is retained

• Anonymous analytics events (no personal identifiers, not linkable to you). Retained up to 12 months, then deleted automatically.
• Payment/subscription records that Apple or Google retain per their own policies. ZenCena does not store payment information.
